Our Policy

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for any of the following items:

• Any and all SironaBeauty products (for health/hygiene reasons)

• Custom or personalized orders

• Digital downloads

• Perishable products

• Items on sale

• Items bought with a discount code

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

At this time Celebrate Nature also cannot accept package cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order after it's been placed!

Important Notice About Refunds

Celebrate Nature products do not carry any refund policies, meaning even if an item is returned it does not mean it will be considered refundable and therefore it is entirely possible said item(s) will not be refunded. However, we may at our own discretion choose to offer either a monetary refund anyway or offer an item in place of a refund (For example: a free gift, or a discount code).
